I was booked in for my blood to be taken and I was greeted by a very kind lady who welcomed me and instantly put me at ease. The lady was Merita. Merita explained each step professionally but had such a warm energy about her and I felt cared for and understood. I would recommend Merita absolutely and as such this particular Pharmacy as the staff said hello as soon as I entered and went over to the reception/cashier point to enquire. Thank you, a kind and human manner makes all the difference to a person.

Hodgetts Pharmacy is outstanding! After repeated frustrations with the big high street chains like Boots and Superdrug, Hodgetts has been a breath of fresh air. Their staff are not only highly trained and courteous but go above and beyond to source difficult medications, even collaborating with prescribing physicians to explore alternatives and generics when necessary. A special shout-out to Marita, who is an absolute superstar! She never lets me down, no matter how challenging the situation. Hodgetts sets the standard for what a pharmacy should be—reliable, resourceful, and genuinely customer-focused.
