Mayank was absolutely brilliant. My wife’s GP hadn’t sent her prescription through to the pharmacy, and we were really worried about the delay. I spoke to Mayank about this and he calmly talked me through the emergency prescription process, explained everything clearly, and made sure my wife was able to get the medication she needed. Mayank was professional, patient and genuinely kind throughout. Nothing felt like too much trouble. The whole team at the pharmacy are always helpful and welcoming, but Mayank in particular went above and beyond on this occasion. We’re very grateful.
