The flu virus is constantly changing and so getting a flu vaccination is the best way to protect your staff and business from disruption by seasonal flu.

These are vouchers that you can purchase for your employees that they present to their local Green Light Pharmacy.

Only get charged for vouchers that are redeemed. Unlike other Flu Clinics, we do not charge you for those employees that do not get vaccinated, saving you from unnecessary costs.

We invoice you once at the end of the Flu Season

Walk-in service at your closest pharmacy *

We can also provide free NHS flu vaccinations to staff that are eligible, 1 so they don't have to see their GP.

How it works:

Only get charged for vouchers that are redeemed. Unlike other Flu Clinics, we do not charge you for those employees that do not get vaccinated, saving you from unnecessary costs.

We invoice you once at the end of the Flu Season

Choice of 22 different pharmacies across London

Full day clinic (8 hours) - minimum 50 individuals, up to 120 individuals

Half day clinic (4 hours) - minimum 30 individuals, up to 60 individuals

No call out charge * - Unlike other providers, we don’t charge a clinic rate but just for the number of vaccinations administered (minimum numbers apply).

* This applies to businesses in London only. For clinics outside of London, we still won’t charge a clinic rate but we will add on cost of transportation. This will be individualized based on location.

Terms and Conditions

Our corporate flu vaccination service is always carried out by highly-trained Pharmacists at our different branches, subject to store opening times and stock availability
We can vaccinate at any of our branches without the need for an appointment, subject to availability of a qualified pharmacist

We provide the service for adults aged 16 years and over, subject to eligibility criteria and Pharmacist consultation
We can provide free flu vaccinations to those individuals that meet NHS eligibility criteria e.g. over 65 or certain medical conditions

We don’t charge a clinic fee but we charge transportation costs for clinics held outside of London. These will be individualized and agreed on before any booking is confirmed.
For this season, we will be charging our customers the minimum number of vaccines depending on the clinic chosen. This is to ensure viability of off-site clinics during the current climate.
