About Green Light Campus
Green Light Campus, our education and training department, was created in 2014 by Simon Harris.
GL Campus has since built a reputation for providing high quality education and training to a range of pharmacy professionals, including:
- MPharm students at UCL School of Pharmacy
- trainee pharmacists from the University of Central Lancashire
- trainee pharmacists from the University of Sussex and the University of Brighton
- trainee pharmacists from Kingston University
- trainee pharmacists from Lloyds Pharmacy and from Day Lewis Pharmacy
- trainee pharmacists from the Northern Ireland Centre for Pharmacy Learning & Development
- support workshops and mock exams for trainee pharmacists in major cities across England
- clinical assessment skills workshops for community pharmacists
- multidisciplinary leadership programmes for Health Education England London and South East
- International Summer School programmes for pharmacy students from across Europe and the United States.
Before the creation of GL Campus, Green Light were supporting trainee pharmacists through monthly study days, master classes and mock exams since 2004. We have therefore developed significant expertise in preparing trainees for the GPhC exam, which has been recognised through the popularity of our courses and mock exam day experiences.

Studying during the Foundation Training Year can be overwhelming for both trainee and supervisor. Exam preparation and working to become a pharmacy professional is hard work. Let us help.
Our RPS ACCREDITED course is one of only a few accredited courses in the country. Designed by practising pharmacists and teacher practitioners, we know the in’s and outs of the Foundation Training Year and can help you succeed.
Duration: Starts in August each year and runs each month until the following May

Green Light employ between 15-20 trainee pharmacists in London each year across our single and multi-sector programmes.
Our comprehensive programmes are designed to give you the skills to practice as an independent professional, to build a successful career, and of course to pass the GPhC Registration Assessment.
We pride ourselves on providing a caring, supportive environment with a varied experience and many opportunities for growth along the way. You will be enrolled on our trainee pharmacist study day programme which has been recognised and approved by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
We recruit solely through Oriel, the national trainee pharmacist recruitment programme.

Green Light Summer Placement Programme
Are you a second or third year pharmacy MPharm undergraduate? Are you looking for an award winning education and training experience in a community pharmacy? Would you like to see how a dynamic team can support and inspire the local community?
If this sounds like it’s for you, why not join our 4 week structured programme where you will gain valuable insights into a career in community pharmacy. You will receive support from all members of the pharmacy team and experience working on the medicines counter, dispensary and delivering our wide range of NHS and private pharmacy services.

Eligibilty: 2nd or 3rd MPharm student
