All our appointments are free and you only pay for the products/services you receive.
Appointments should be booked directly with each clinic (see “find your closest clinic”). You can also book appointments online via our Booking System.
We take a £10 deposit when booking an appointment – this is refunded from the cost of any vaccines or malaria medication you receive. The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if you do not receive any vaccines or malaria medication during the consultation.
When you come for an appointment you will have a one-to-one consultation with one of our highly-qualified travel pharmacists or nurses.
During your consultation, our travel pharmacist or nurse will carry out a risk assessment with you. We will ask for a detailed medical history and information about your trip so that we can work out:
Please bring as much information as you can with you. We are happy to help you find information about your destination(s) if you are uncertain about the risks involved with travelling there. If you have a record of your past vaccination history, you should also bring this along with you.
Most vaccines are given to the upper arm, a little bit below the shoulder (top of the thigh in small babies). Please wear loose clothing that makes it easy to give the vaccine and will reduce any discomfort.
Our appointment slots are 20 minutes, which is usually sufficient for mostconsultations. If possible, please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time so that you can complete any relevant paperwork before the appointment starts.
It is better to plan your travel vaccines with plenty of time before your departure date. There are still plenty of options if this is not possible. Work plans, last-minute special offers and family circumstances can all mean that you need to travel with little notice.
